I-485 Interview done. How long is the wait?
I appeared for Green card interview on April 03 2019 in Newark, NJ. The interview went well. Only some basic questions on why my wife waited for 3 years after marriage to apply for me, even though my employer has filed for my green card, why did I go through spouse based petition and such.
They did not give us any info on when to expect the news of their decision. I have been checking USCIS case status website daily. No updates. The status just shows "Interview has been scheduled" and has not been updated since Feb 2019.
I have read here that people find out their decision sometimes on the day of interview, sometimes in a week or two. Do you know how long is NJ wait time?
