My timeline, GC based on marriage
Hello, I am VA filer. My timeline is:
USCIS got my paperwork: October 18th 2018
Biometrics: November 16th 2018
RFE: March 21st 2019
USCIS Received RFE: April 8th 2019
My office is National Benefits Center
Since then I have no more information. My friend from VA sent her documents on May 31st 2018 and got her green card the same day as the interview on December 17th 2018. I’ve seen the wait time is longer now but I thought by now I should get my EAD.
Also as a RFE they asked for my husbands Tax return from 2017 which we sent in the application so I was very confused by it.
Does anyone still waits since October and has no information?
