Would appreciate your feedback.
Married to a US citizen
Sent in 485 and 130 on 07/25/2018
Receipt notice a week later and checks cashed.
Bio-metrics appointment received on 08/03/2018 and done on 08/21/2018
Sent in 765 on 09/7/2018
Receipt notice about 10 days later
485 status changed to ready to schedule interview on 11/25/2018
485 changed to "interview was scheduled" on 01/18/2019
received mail and interview was scheduled for 02/25/2019
Interview was quick pretty basic we had all support documents with us and photos joint bank statement and all sorts of proof of a bonafide marriage
I asked about my 765 and was told that I shouldn't worry about it as the green card would cover that, which kind of gave me the impression that I would be approved.
at the end the officer said we will be receiving mail within 30 days
till today I haven't received anything, raised 2 inquiries regarding 765 no response and 485 still stuck at interview was scheduled.
Any advice or insight?
