I-485 for parents, I-130 and I-485 filed separately
Hi,
I filed I-130 first. My mom came here and then filed I-485.
She had a medical exam back there when she had her interview for I-130 so I filed I-485 without I-693 (medical exam) as all the documents were filed beforewith I-130.
12/31/18 is the receipt date for I-485
10/23/18 is the PD date per I-797C
1/18/19 - I received a yellow notice for initial evidence (I-864EZ was sent along with TAX info-all of
that was also included and approved with i-130)
2/20/19 - biometrics
2/15/19 - date of purple/pink notice received after biometrics were taken
- title: Courtesy Letter To Applicant-"A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted" Do not
mail documents. If you receive an interview notice..., you must bring information to address
the issues.
I don't understand that. Should we repeat the medical exam?? It was done. From my
understanding everything should be available under A number.
2/29/19 - status changed to "as of Feb 26th we are ready to schedule your Form I-485 ..., for an
interview.
Since that there is no change. I don't know if we should get another exam or if we should just wait for the interview letter. Also, I expected that this will happen soon but so far there is no change.
What is an approximate wait time in Philadelphia from the notice that they are ready to schedule to the actual interview?
