Hello dear friends!
I am in a removal proceedings, i cane to US with a B1/B2 visa but overstayed and i had a small misdemeanor in my history, DHS opposed removal termination, now IJ scheduled me an individual hearing in May, i m married to USC and our marriage is 101% legit we got approved our i130 on spot, but because of my removal situation USCIS doesn’t have power on my i485 application...
HAS ANYONE HEARD or HAD INDIVIDUAL HEARING (merits) how it goes? whats are my chances?
