Case send to Immigration Judge
I called my Congresswoman office since it has been 6 months after my interview to follow up on my i485 case. She told me that my case was send over to an immigration judge for approval. I did not receive a denial from uscis or any update beside my interview has been schedule and no update even after my interview. I came to the USA on a i94. USA as a child and over stayed and attended school/ started my career with daca. Does any one have any experience?? Is this a good thing or bad thing? Or my congresswoman doesn’t know what’s going on.
