Hello Everyone, I would like to share my situation and hopefully can get a response from you guys, I enter in the USA as j1 visa holder, after that i change ny status to b2 twice. however the 2nd application for b2 was denied. I just received the denial letter today April 29,2019. bUt I already got married last April 16,2019 to my gf which is US CITIZEN already. right now we are filing the form i 130a and i485. but we dont know the steps after that. we dont want to seek atty as much as possible bcause it is really expensive. if someone here could help us that would mean alot to us. hoping to hear back from you.
