Hello everyone, i filed my case (marriage based to USC) in Apr 2019, waiting for finger print notice.
Question here is, does anyone married USC with H1b received EAD card earlier than the processing time mentioned in the USCIS site? BTW my filing center will be Newark i believe, as i filed from Jersey City)
Currently i am in US, visa expires this year end, if i don't get EAD and I-485 is still pending, is it legal to stay in US, i know i cannot work, but wondering if i can stay in US?
Any inputs will help, Thanks
