Hi All, My wife and I have been married for a couple months now and we were just about to begin the whole process but my friend told me that she can’t help file for me at this time
Because she is below 21 and would need the help of her parents on the i485 change of status forms. Problem is, her parents do not reside in the United States. I have searched everywhere but can’t seem to find anywhere that states she has to be 21 to fill out the i485 change of status forms. Can anybody please provide me more insight on this matter before we start the whole process? Thank you.
