If anyone could help me that'd be great.
I have J-1 Visa.I am going for my H1 interview in Sept.
I have very busy schedule and my next vacation in in Dec when I plan on going to my home country and get married on the person I have been together for 6 years. He is in in my home country and hvae never been to United States.He will be getting H-4 afterwards.
1. Is it a big problem if he goes to the interview for H-4 without me?
2. Does he need to provide any special documents at the interview?
