Hi all,
I am very anxious right now. My pd is Sept 28, 2017. It's a family based filing in Salt Lake City, UT. I checked my status and it says interview was scheduled on April 10, 2019. It's been 2 weeks but I still haven't received the interview notice in the mail. I called the uscis customer service 3 times and they kept telling me that the notice was sent and i should be getting it within 30 days. I asked them to tell me the interview date and fax me the notice. They said they can't see it in the system and even their supervisor can't as well.
I already double confirmed my address in the system is correct. I saw a lot of you guys got the notice within a week and the interview is a month after it is scheduled. But i still got nothing. My wife will have a trip the whole month in May. I am so afraid that we will miss the interview.
What should I do??
