1- My Fiance is the petitioner and she is in Tennessee, living with her parents, her school finishes in May 2020 and I'm currently in South Carolina working on H1B visa. --which state we should do the court marriage?
2- Because of her school, she won't able to live with me, how we can achieve the join living criteria?
3- In the court Marriage, my Parents won't able to join from India but my immediate family will be joining and after the court marriage we are doing family get together. would this cause any red flags?
Please advise how we can be proactive and start working on the documentation to fulfill the join living criteria. I'm thinking we can get a letter from her school and I can a letter from my employer?
What are things we should be thinking through? We are planning to do the court marriage end of May 2019 and afterward filling the paperwork.
