My Pd: July 9, 2018
Received EAD card: Jan 26, 2019
Case is ready to be scheduled: Dec 19,2018
I have not heard from them since then, I came to the US with F1 student status, will graduate next quarter. However the program that I want to go to will be available during Spring quarter, so I’m wondering if I have 2 quarters off to wait for applying for my program, will my F1 status will be invalid, if it does can I still go to school with a pending green card case? What should I do?
