Thanks, everyone for sharing your experiences.

My wife and I had a visa interview on 04/30/2019, 9:30 am slot in Calgary. We reached 30 mins early, and they let us in without any issue. After arriving, they did the regular processing. They asked us for the latest DS 160 if any; We had made changes after taking the appointment. We did not have PR when we initially filled the DS 160, but after landing in Canada, we got the PR and updated DS 160 and took the new DS 160 with us. They replaced the new DS 160 with the old one. After this, there were checking of documents and DS 160 in one counter. Once that was verified, we went through fingerprinting and then interview by one of the Consular.
  Questions were very standard
How long are you working with the Company?
What was the previous company?
What is the highest degree?
Do you have an open green card petition?

Consular told us, your visa is approved and you will receive in 3-5 business days.
Today we checked the status and Canada Post have the passport.
