Expedite request for EAD

Finally last friday a Tier 2 officer said she would put in a request to expedite the case as its 8 months since recieve date.

Today i got an update on the case:

On May 1, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number YYYY X, was completed.
05/01/2019

On May 1, 2019, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number YYYY X.
05/01/2019

On May 1, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number YYYY X, was assigned to an officer for response.

I also got an email to send in supporting documents, "Please fax proof of your extreme emergent need or severe financial loss". I don't have any support documents, the teir 2 officer expedited my case with an elaborate comment on it taking too long?

Has anyone experienced this? Does "your request to have your case expedited, referral number YYYY X, was completed" mean they accepted the request without documents needed? Anyone had similar experience.
