Hi everyone,
My i130 PD is Jan 10 2017 which is current as of April visa bulletin. I haven't received interview letter till now and I am from Dallas. My EAD will expire in July this year and I am currently in the process of renewing it. Please find my questions below and I appreciate any response to this,
1. Is there anyone in dallas who is waiting on Interview letter with PD similar to mine?
2. When can I expect the Interview Letter? Any guesstimate?
3. I looked at Processing time of i485 in dallas and it currently says July 12 2017. My i485 filing date is in March 2018. Should I wait for another 8 months to have my interview and GC?
4. I thought the average wait time for F2A filers in the US is 2 yrs and 2 months. Isn't it the case? Does it vary based on the local field office processing time?
