How long does it take after the interview to receive a notice?
Hello all!
I've been researching here regarding my case but haven't find what I'm looking for.
So I applied for adjustment of status after marrying a U.S. citizen.
Our interview was on March 13th, the officer said that everything looked great and we should receive a notice within 30-45 days. He said he was new and he had to send our case to the his supervisor for reviewing.
Well it's been almost 2 months and we haven't heard anything from them.
How much approximately or the longest does it take for them to approve/deny/request more evidences?
