Hi!
I went fir h1b interview in Vancouver apr 25th 9 am. After all security checks and fingerprints i was called to the window. Questions were fairly simple: education with highest degree, transcripts, company, salary, duties. After that u was asked fir resume and as u didnt have with me , she gave me thd yellow paperslup with instructions to provide it. Nothing else. As well she gave me labor booklet. On my question about the time i will need to wait she said usually within a week it usually gets resolved. I emailed the resume thd same day. Next day i got email confirming the recieving of the additional documents. Email also said the vo will review the docs and if j sm not a subject for admin processing they will give a visa, if i am it will take 15-45days. The thing i came in Vancouver for the science conference and have ongoing live experiments in the lab back in US. Does anyone have a similar experience in recent time? Or maybe waiting for h1b in Vancouver. Its very stressful would be happy to communicate.
