Houston Office Approved
Hi,

I want to thank all in the forum as this has been a place to go for info and experiences.
We got approved for the GC.

PD: Feb 2018
EAD/AP: June 2018
Second AP: March 2019
Second EAD: No date (I guess they will not issue it as the GC was approved)
Interview Date: April 2019
Approved: May 2019

Our interview was normal length, about 30 minutes. We started reviewing the case right there so we awkardly waited for him to say something. Our IO was not expressive but he did a great job asking questions and trying repeating some in a different was trying to see if we answered the same. Not difficult questions if you know ypur husband/wife.

List of questions:
1. Pronunciate husband's name (he is Indian and has along last name)
2. How you met?
3. Name of parents
4. Where do you live?
5. Your cultures are different, right? (open ended question, we said yes both and then I explained how we have learned of similarities and how we have learned about each other cultures by visiting the countries and eating typical foods, etc)
6. Who cuts your grass?
7. Long list of Yes/No immigration questions in the form
8. Where do you work?
9. Are your works similar?
10. How is your normal work time?
11. Are you home on the weekends?
12. Is your house a corner house? (I think he google map it)
13. Did you know your husband's status before dating? How? Why he told you?

After that he have us the typical "your case has to be reviewed'

I learned of the approval next day via the website.

Now to wait for the GC.

Let me know of any questions.
