Contact ombudsman a few days later was told case was assign waiting for a response from USCIS
Contact USCIS April 30 2019 rep submit another general inquiry as to why my case is taking this long
May 1 2019 interview was schedule ( waiting on date in the mail)
May 6 2019 new card produce !!!!
