I485 & I130 misrepresentation
Hello Friends!
Anybody can please help for my following question!
We filed I485 & I130 in March 2018, we had an interview in October 2018 after interview we got two separate RFE for both I485 & I130, we submitted response for both RFE in December 2018. After submission of RFE, I got 2nd RFE for my I485 in March 2019 asking for waiver and we did submitted I601 waiver last month. But we didn’t heard anything back for our I130, so my question is why they taking too-long time to approve our I130?
Please help and advice us.
