Hi Everyone!
Here's my timeline, my wife came in as a K1 VISA so we did the I-129
I-485 PD: Sept 201
Original I-765 expired: Dec 2018
Renewal for I-765: Aug 2018
Interview in Brooklyn/NYC office: April 8, 2019
I know that we have a 6 months extension on the expired I-765 with the receipt showing that we applied for a renewal, but that expires June 2019 and we still have not received a renewal on the EAD.
Anyone else in the same boat in the NY area still waiting on a renewal of an EAD and also waiting on an answer after the I-485 interview??
