Canada visitor visa biometrics not received
Hi, I gave my biometrics on April 17th and haven't got any response since then. I gave the biometrics at my local ASC in California. Online I can see that the date of biometrics enrollment is specified as April 17th and there is a biometrics number as well.
When I contacted them via the IRCC Web form, I got a response saying "We verified the information on file and can confirm that your biometric data were not received by the responsible office yet.
If you would like to send them to us again, we invite you to:
Fill out the IRCC Web form and include your documents. It will be our pleasure to forward them to the office processing your file, or
Send them by mail to the responsible office."
Can anyone help me understand this message? I did not receive any documents after doing my biometrics. Are we supposed to get something? I don't understand what document I need to mail to the responsible office. And although the online application says biometrics enrollment done on April 17th, I dont know why the responsible office did not receive the biometrics. Has anyone experienced the same or has any inputs?
