I filed a petition for my mother on April 7 2018. I went to the interview with her on January 22 2019. I got the 120 days paper.
Its been almost 120 days. The interview was only 15 min. It was all is this your mom. They asked us about each other and that was it. The interview said everything looks okay and it will be reviewed.
Should I be worried. She wants to travel in the summer. If they would send RFE or say we are missing something. Then there would be a response.
Can other people in NYC tell me how long they had to wait.
