Too late to file I-131?
Hi Guys,
I did not file I-131 with my adjustment of status i-485 application. I did file I-765 for my EAD and just got fingerprinted yesterday. The Current Status of the case is 'Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview'. I wanted to see if anyone else was in this situation and want to know if I can submit my I-131 now? Appreciate your help!
