New York - 12 months after the interview
It has been 12 month since the interview and we do not have any updates regarding the application. Does anybody have similar experience or any advise?
We have initially filed the application in 10/2016, but the lawyer failed to reschedule our interview in 09/2017 and we have been denied in 12/2017.
The application was resubmitted on 02/2018, we had an interview in May 2018 as well in a New York City office. Since then, no communication was sent by the USCIS. Is there any way to get an update from the USCIS?
