Here is my experience at chennai consulate

VO: which employer you are going?
ME: XYX

VO: Why you got rejected last time?
ME: Not Sure

VO: What is your high qualification?
ME: XYZ from so and so university

VO: Can I see your educations certificates?
ME: Organised in such a way that I managed to give them in seconds.

VO went inside along with my cerificates. I guess for verification.

VO: What is your Project?
ME: Blah... Blah...

My suggestions -
Have mock Interviews - w/ yourself/friends
Listen carefully
Answer Very promptly (with out delay)
Be clear
Pray God
