Hey guys,
My interview will finally be held on June , in few weeks ! We are collecting the supporting documents ! We have some shared joint tax return, bank account, i am an authorized user on spouse’s crédit card , lease, photos and some receipts ! So while looking what we can do more ! We found a post saying the USCIS takes a legal document called advanced health care directive very seriously and they consider it a big proof ! But now my question, we are confused, do they want me to make him responsible about my health or me responsible about his ? Also, we didn’t use to care about bills, sometimes he pays, sometimes i do ! So we don’t always use the joint account for paying joint bills ! Will that be an issue ?
