i-765 Renewal is taking long time
Hello Guys,
USCIS received my I-765 renewal paper back on October 18th. As of today, it is outside of the processing time, per USCIS website.
I have submitted a service request, but I am not sure how long it will take them to process my request.
My I-765 expired on 1/9/2019, and I am currently working with 180 days extension that comes with it.
180 days will expire around 7/9/2019. That is not a lot of time.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I can do about it?
I have seen few people expedite their case by contacting their governor, but I am not quite sure how it is done.
Looking forward for suggestions.
