Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hey guys, due to a whole bunch of messy complications, i ended up in immigration court ( i overstayed my f-1 and was caught while travelling). My husband did put in all the adjustement paperwork,petition, and work permit etc before i was caught so that saved me from being deported. My husband and i already went for the i-130 petition interview which was already approved but the i-485 remains with the court (have to see a judge to terminate my case to get a green card ). My husband also put in a "motion to terminate" with the hopes that the court would agree to terminate my case but we havent heard nothing about that so am waiting continuously for a court date. I keep calling the immigration court hotline to see if they scheduled me for a court case but nothing. I really wonder what type of time frame am looking at?
