Currently on F1 visa. Married to USC - 2018 August
Filed for AOS (I-130, I-485, i-765) sep 2018 along with EAD. No update on EAD till today 05/15/19
I had my interview last week on 09 May. Things went well and officer was positive throughout. He also said that expect the status to be updated on the website next week. Since then I have been checking updates on the website but nothing happened. However today i got an update on the website saying my EAD is being mailed! There is no update on the green card or I-130 which i find surprising as i was expecting my green card status to change not EAD. However, now that i have EAD being mailed to me, do i need to continue school ? I have my new semester starting and i do not want to pay the semester fees as EAD is already being shipped to me. Thoughts?
