USCIS lost my application
Hi guys. I mailed my i485 package. J.CHYBA signed at 04/08/2019. I called the customer numbers many times and email to lockbox many times too. Until yesterday they told me I may refile. It means they lost my application. I did not put 2 holes on my package and I did not have attorney. I wonder what is the reason they lost my application.
Now I restart. Get new I 693, going print and copy all papers again.
I don’t want to complain. But it indeed wasted my time and money.
And I worry after I refile. They will lose again!
