RFE for I130 - NYC
Hello I just recieved an RFE for my i130 application today and I have until August to gather all my evidence AGAIN to deliver it in person to 26 federal plaza. This sucks because we had 2 binder full of evidence with out initial IO and she didn't want to take anything more than the two photos and lease agreement. Now they're requesting for more evidence which doesn't make sense to me.
For the In person evidence would we be interviewed again or we're just giving them the 'NEW' evidence and then leaving?
