RD : October 18th, 2018.
It has been more than 7 months and so far no reply/ or card produced ?
Finger print have been completed since December 2018 at NBC.
Also, filed a service request online but they are saying it is within normal process which does not make sense because the processing time is on October 24th, 2018.
Anyone has an idea of why it is taking so long ?
