Los Angeles Filer
Hey,

I just wanted to share my experience and timeline, because reading everyone else’s experience helped me immensely.

Calling to request an Expedite with strong evidence definitely helps. I called and spoke to a tier 1 officer who was really friendly, I was super nice and chatty with her too. Getting in contact with the congressman’s office was the winner, though. The contact I had there told me that they decided to expedite based on the congressman’s office request. From Expedite to card in hand in 16 days, which was amazing as my work authorization was due to end on May 19th (very short turnaround date also helped them moved quickly).
