AOS interview
Hi everyone,
I would love to get some insight as if someone went through the same path and was successful.
Filed on 04/24/2018, my AOS interview is scheduled for June 7th, 2019 and I didn't receive either work or travel permit. I got one Request For Evidence since I left the country last year for an emergency and came back.
Right now I'm back home in Europe and I don't know if we should attend the interview since we wanted to do the Consular Processing but never got the I-130.
We contacted a few lawyers and they all have different opinions. Any idea on what we should do?
