HELP!! J1 visa 2-year home residency requirement
Hi,
Is there anyone that:
(i) visa stamp says that he is NOT subject to that requirement
(ii) DS2019 says that he is NOT subject to that requirement,
and the advisory opinion finally told that he IS subject?
I have (i) (ii) saying that i am NOT subject, but I need an advisory opinion. If the advisory opinion says that I am subject, my GC will be rejected :-(
