Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi guys,

I’ve been a very quiet reader and i believe its safe to say that most of the info here is very helpful soi promised to share my story whenever i get my goodnews.

I got into US in 2016 on F1 visa, got married 2017, never filed for immigration benefits but got divorced in march 2018. Then i got married in july of same year to my present wife and here is my timeline;

PD - jan 17 2018
Biometrics - feb 14
April 11 - case ready to be scheduled for interview
April 12 - interview scheduled for may 23rd
May 23 - case held for further review and later on card is being poduced.

Interview questions
Tell us how u met, why did u marry so soon after divorce, tell us the name of wifes kide and their reapective ages. Who proposed, color of couch, how much is rent, what we ate last night, what we both do for fun, who is my wifes best friend etc

It felt like stokes interview because it was like the questions were never ending and we were actually separated the whole time. I answered the quesions to the best of my knowlege and truthfully. I also worked without authorization while in school so i was asked to explain that too.

Supporting documents:
Joint lease, bank statements, electric bill, photos, joint tac return, receipt for purchase of couch, internet bill and letters from kids school.
