Hi all,
My husband and I recently became Canadian permanent residents but will live in US for some more time. I went for my stamping today (23 May 2019). Questions asked were-
1. What is your job at your company? (I work in finance)
2. Is this your first H-1B? (it isn't)
3. Who is ABC person? (asked my aunt's name who is a US citizen but I had not mentioned her name on my DS-160 application)
4. Do you have an I-140? (I don't)
5. Have you ever held a green card? (Nope)
6. You're a Canadian PR what is your plan to live in US? (Told him near term live in US)
7. What education do you have?
8. Why did you move from F2 to F1 to H-1B?
Then he said your visa is approved, it could take more than a week to get your passport back. Hope it doesn't take that long!
