Brethren, I submitted all documents I had with the package:
*Credit Card in man name and the petitioner was added as authorized user
*Health Insurance
*IRS Tax Transcript for the current year 2017(No 2016 nor 2015)
*Marriage Cert
*Utility bills in my name the beneficiary
We arrived at the venue for the first interview and It was stoke interview! My wife was called in first and she was the there like 50mins or so. I was called and was there a lil less the time she was there. I brought pics, I-683(medicals) to the interview.
The answers we both gave to the questions was perfect. I sense we should be approved but nothing until I received a mail from USCIS for RFE for my wife first divorce. I submitted it back before the due date. I did an info pass and I was told the IO has been transferred and the new office we work as soon it reached my turn on the queue. I said no doubt and I left.
Alas, I read something here which might be useful to someone else.: It seems helpful when u submit your interview notice Wirth the your renewal so that they can kind of work on it and make sure it is done in a timely manner.I sent my EAD renewal in and I Included my Interview notice for DEC 10, 2018. I felt it helps too bc I received the receipt for the EAD and travel document. But today, the card was mailed to me.
The wait is nerves wrecking but, keep the faith and get busy.
