AOS "Your case must be reviewed" Baltimore USCIS District office
Hello All-
We (Me and wife) had AOS interview at Baltimore USCIS District office on April 23 2019. Received the EAD cards on March 13.
I wanted to see if anyone else is in the same boat who had interview around that date and has received any update ??
While reading people experiences with Baltimore USCIS, I found out before going to the interview that it is pretty common to be handed over the paper stating your case must be reviewed further. Did you receive similar letter?
It says on the paper that USCIS will respond within 120 days, I hope it will be sooner.
Please share any relevant news that you have read up on. thoughts? any idea how long it will take ?
