EAD and Advanced Parole Expedite via Congressman
I have been waiting for some time now, my PD is 12/21. I have a job offer and I really need to leave the States in July for my own already paid wedding party.
I have reached out my congressman and ask for expediting for above reasons on May 8th and I have got an update from congressman on May 15th. They sent me the USCIS's answer on the request which is "This case will be routed for expedited processing"
Since then, I'm waiting, there is no update on the case status, it still shows "Case was received".
Can anyone share their timeline for expediting a Work Permit and/or Advanced Parole through Congressman, how long it did take for you?
