Waiting time for Interview Notice after Interview was Scheduled
Hi all. I would like to ask about your experiences regarding having the case status update on the website mentioning that the interview has been scheduled and receiving the notice in the mail. My current status update states:
"Interview Was Scheduled: On April 22, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485,...We will mail you an interview notice..."
It has been over a month, and I have not received the notice in the mail. I am concerned that it might be lost and I may have missed my scheduled interview date. Is it normal for there to be such a delay in receiving the interview notice and details from the update stating the interview has been scheduled? Is it fine and I can assume it has not been mailed out yet? If this is unusual, what steps can I take to find out when my interview is scheduled, and how can I have it rescheduled if I missed the interview date?
