F1 getting married
Hi, i have F1 and will be done with school at the end of June. I am marrying US citizen in July. We are filing right away. We have two kids together so our marriage is very true and real! I am little concerned that school is over and I will have to file about a month after the end of I20 expires but there is also 60 day rule when you are still considered as legally present after expiration. Please respond if you had same experience or you think it might be a problem. Thank you!
