He is increasing the skilled worker GC from 12% to 37%(from selective countries of course)
No words in DACA and Asylum seekers(probable a scratch)
All GC applicants are required to pass an English test prior to approval
He is appointing a new USCIS director who hates immigrant, does not want refugees and anti LGBTQ
If your spouse is a USC , please have her/him reach out to the local representative and oppose the new legislation and the new Director.
