Adjustment of Status - I-485

I got married in august last year while I was here on my b2 visa, I then returned home and came back in October . I then filed my I 485, i765 and i130 forms. I got a letter in my mail from uscis in
November stating that they had received my case and that they would have sent me a subsequent letter on how I should proceed with my case. I then received another letter in December stating that I was to go in for my biometrics on December 20,2018 which I did. But from I did my biometrics I haven't heard or received any info from us is regarding my case, and my status on the uscis as been the same since November. When I initially check my case processing time it was 4 to 6 months for work permit,then after 2 months it changed to 5 to 7 months and now it as been change again to 6.5 to 8.5 months how should I process with my case?
