My Ramadan prayers got answered, got my EAD status changed to New Card Being Produced today. I would be happy to share my timeline.
I got mine in 87 days including the 10 days when the RFE was issued and case was on hold.

March 5, 2019 - Receipt number for I-765/I-485
April 19, 2019 - Completed Biometric/ Request to Expedite
April 29, 2019 - Email from USCIS requesting evidence to expedite
May 1, 2019 - Submitted expedite documents
May 2, 2019 - Received email saying expedite documents received, under review
May 5, 2019 - Received RFE for I-485 and case was put on hold, needed more supporting to affidavit of support
May 15, 2019 - RFE responded, case status updated to RFE response received
May 15, 2019 - This was the best decision I made, I reached out to congressman Mike Quigley's office and spoke to Jessica Merritt. She filed another expedite request to USCIS on my behalf she was really quick and helpful.
May 21, 2019 - Received email from Jessica saying USCIS responded to her saying "This case will be routed for expedited processing."
May 22, 2019 - I-485 changed to ready to schedule for an interview
May 31, 2019 - New Card Is Being Produced
