My husband and I had an interview on April 30 2019. He only had his fingerprints done in November 9 2018 since we sent the package in October 2018. However we couldn't go along with the interview because there was no interpreter available and the officer wouldn't let me translate. He's not fluent in English but he speaks Haitain Creole. How long does it usually take before they could reschedule us for another interview? When do they usually send for the permit to work?
