My biometrics was completed in my local field office 2.5 months ago. When I called USCIS yesterday, the agent couldn't tell me if my background check was completed or not. He even asked me where I had my biometrics done? My question is once your biometrics is completed, would it show up on your online status check, including name check, or is it something that everyone has to assume it is completed and wait forever?
