Help, I missed my interview
I have been updating my address since last year December but they never updated it despite them sending emails and updating my account saying address has been updated. I got an update saying I have been scheduled for an interview but I never got the mail, called but the officers keep saying no mail yet, I called again and they said I missed my interview scheduled for May 9. They agreed to put me back on the waiting list but pls how long does this take and what does the process sound like.
